What is the minimum amount I order for?

We have a minimum order amount of 150€ net plus shipping costs.

No, you can freely choose the sizes you need.

How long does it take to ship the items?

Immediately after receipt of payment, your order will be transferred electronically to an external fulfillment service provider. This service provider immediately begins packing and shipping. Please note that after this process no more changes can be made to the order. After that, the selected shipping service provider is responsible for the one thing and the other, the destination. Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2 working days from dispatch of the delivery.

Can I change billing or delivery addresses afterwards?

This is only possible until the handover to our fulfillment partner.
